Treasure Island mansion with 135-foot yacht dock heads to auction
A Treasure Island mansion with a private dock that can accommodate a 135-foot yacht is up for auction.
The 6,428-square-foot home on Isles of Capri can be bid on now through Feb. 26 via Paramount Realty USA. The ultra-modern home is built to withstand Category 5 hurricanes with its all-concrete construction and 265 feet of raised seawall. The home, at 12650 Seventh St. E, was previously priced at $11.5 million, but the minimum is now set at $7 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home was built in 2022 and sits on a 0.4-acre lot. The smart home spans three levels and has a glass elevator, according to the Paramount Realty USA auction page.
Multiple curving balconies, a circular roof deck and floor-to-ceiling impact-rated glass offer views of the gulf, and the private dock provides gulf access via Boca Ciega Bay.
The property first hit the market in April 2025 for $11.5 million, listed by Peter Nemethy of Re/Max Preferred. Nemethy is also the owner, according to Pinellas County property records, having bought the property in 2007 for $1.2 million.
The home has covered parking, including an oversized garage and carport. It also comes with owned solar panels, a full-house generator and a 1,000-gallon buried propane tank.
The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, two sinks, a breakfast area and a formal dining space. A private office with glass walls is on the main floor, as well as a home theater.
A pool with a beach-style entry that holds up to 40,000 gallons is on the edge of the property, fronting the water.
The seller will accept the highest bid at or above the $7 million reserve.
