A new retail development spanning 38,000 square feet is currently underway at the northwest corner of North Rome Avenue and North A Street. The development offers a variety of available spaces, ranging from 1,054 to 9,572 square feet, catering to diverse business needs.

North Hyde Park boasts a central, urban, and walkable environment, surrounded by dense residential and multifamily units. The neighborhood is characterized by household incomes exceeding $123,000, indicating a robust economic base for potential businesses. The area’s eclectic mix of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops not only serves its residents but also attracts students from the nearby University of Tampa, adding to its vibrant atmosphere.

With over 4,300 multifamily units within walking distance, the new retail development is perfectly positioned to cater to a high-demand area. Additionally, the project benefits from a substantial daytime population of over 243,059 people within a three-mile radius, ensuring a steady stream of potential customers.
