See a 38th floor condo for sale in Tampa's tallest tower

A condominium on the 38th floor of One Tampa is listed for sale at just under $3.2 million.

The 42-story One Tampa broke ground in July 2024 and will have 225 condos priced from the $900,000s. Smith and Associates Real Estate is marketing the property for sale for developer Kolter Urban. Kolter Urban is behind several luxury condo towers in Tampa Bay, including Hyde Park House, One St. Petersburg, Saltaire and Art House.

The tower is under construction at the intersection of East Twiggs and North Tampa streets. Moss Construction is the general contractor. After a legal battle with the city of Tampa, Kolter Urban updated its design plans to pay homage to the strip of historic storefronts that were demolished to make way for the tower.

The 38th floor unit — Residence H — is 3,255 square feet with two terraces that offer an additional 532 square feet of living space. It has three bedrooms, a den and four bathrooms.

The amenities at One Tampa include "a rooftop pool with city views and a two-level gym that features a yoga and spin room, sauna, and steam rooms, and the option to work with a personal trainer," Kolter said in a statement.
