The residence has a double-height foyer, 16 rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the waterfront view.

The property last sold in 1993 for $3.2 million, according to Sarasota County property records. The home was built in 1987. It was last listed in 2019 for $7.995 million.

The most expensive sale in Sarasota County in 2025 was also the highest in Sarasota’s history at $30.3 million. The sale of the 19,300-square-foot mansion on Longboat Key equated to about $1,570 per square foot. That home has 145 feet of Gulf frontage.
