Orlando developer plans dozens of homes in Pasco County
A developer has paid $2.87 million to bring 63 single-family homes to Pasco County as part of a larger master-planned development.

Orlando-based DRB Group is planning to bring a 63-lot single-family Hudson subdivision called Hudson Park on a 34.2-acre site along Hudson Avenue, according to a news release. The lot is a part of the larger master-planned development called Sakleson Property, according to site plans.
Tyler Woody, an adviser with Eshenbaugh Land Co., brokered the sale.
"Pasco County continues to experience strong housing demand, and this site checks all the boxes for smart residential growth,” Woody said in a news release. "Navigating two separate parcels and bringing them together into a unified development took coordination, but the result is a win for everyone involved — especially future residents."
Site plans were first submitted to Pasco County property records in April. The owners of the land are Louis Sakelson and Daisy Flor, according to property records.
LevelUp Consulting is doing the engineering work for the project.
Earlier this month, a developer paid $1.7 million for an assisted living facility in New Port Richey. Chase Collier, an adviser with Eshenbaugh Land Co., brokered the sale.
