Waterfront luxury and equestrian meet in a Largo home recently listed for sale.

A 7,000-square-foot home at 10930 Spring St. is for sale for $10.875 million. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate sits on a 5.86-acre property with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway between Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores. The property last sold in 2009 for $415,000, according to Pinellas County property records. The home was built by local commercial contractor and custom homebuilder Brandon Construction.
