Historic estate on Clearwater Harbor sells for $13 million header image.

A Clearwater waterfront estate once listed for nearly $50 million sold for $13 million at the end of 2025.

The estate known as Century Oaks at 802 Druid Road sold Dec. 31, 2025, for $13 million, according to a deed filed in Pinellas County. The 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom property sits on 5.6 acres with two pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, a carriage house and boat docks. In 2023, it was the most expensive house for sale in Tampa Bay at $39.995 million.

The property last sold in 2019 and 2020 in two transactions for a total of $11.935 million, according to property records. Two of the three parcels sold for $9.3 million in 2020, which included an original 16,000-square-foot house and a 5,200-square-foot guesthouse on 3.5 acres. The third parcel sold in 2019 for $2.64 million.

Clearwater Beach Company LLC sold the property to Century Oaks 41 LLC. Both entities are tied to attorneys: the seller to Bryan J. Stanley, and the buyer to Thomas Nash II at Macfarlane Ferguson & McMullen.

The home, built in 1915, was listed in December 2024 for $49.995 million, which was then removed and relisted at $22.9 million and reduced again to $13.5 million, according to Realtor.com.

The storied estate is located on the grounds of Fort Harrison, used during the Spanish-American War. The 16,472-square-foot mansion has 213 feet of waterfront and includes a theater and two deep-water docks that can accommodate yachts up to 60 feet. There are also two guest homes on the property.

The listing states adjacent properties to the north and south at 800 and 820 Druid Road are also available for purchase to create a large compound opportunity. The deed shows all three parcels, 800, 802 and 820 Druid Road, were part of the purchase.
