Harbour Island home where Tom Brady shot commercials is for sale

The Harbour Island home where NFL legend Tom Brady filmed several commercials is on the market.

The home at 927 Anchorage Road is listed for sale at $6.9 million. Jennifer Zales, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Tampa, is listing the home for sale.

Brady’s commercials aren’t the only professional sports tie the property boasts: The current owner, Tampa developer Punit Shah, is a minority owner of the Miami Marlins.

The home has been through an “extensive, $2 million, down-to-the-studs” renovation, according to listing materials. Shah and his wife, Carla Shah, paid $2.6 million for the 5,594-square-foot home in 2017, property records show. In 2021, the Shahs paid $5.2 million for a teardown on Davis Islands.
